When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, inventory is limited and availability may change quickly.
We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, shipping restrictions, incomplete address, compliance or legal concerns, carrier inability to deliver, excessive order quantity, or other reasonable business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

We ship to the following markets: United States, Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium. Shipping availability may vary by product and delivery address.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of €160.00 or above (or the equivalent in your local currency, such as $160.00 USD for United States orders). For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €15.00 (or $15.00 USD for United States orders) applies.
For international orders, customs clearance and import procedures may affect delivery times.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, styling notes, photographs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Poppy & Bean unless otherwise stated.
